| BLOCK - New GM Standard Bore 4 bolt main iron block with 1-piece rear main seal. Honed for Moly rings. Painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return, The outside of block is painted with a choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings and brass freeze plugs. Kit including new aluminum rear main seal retainer kit.
CRANKSHAFT - Cast iron 1-piece rear main seal crankshaft custom ground on rod and main journals. Micro polished with oil holes chamfered. RODS - Factory forged rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new chrome moly rods bolts for maximum strength. PISTONS - New forged pistons. Flat top or dished pistons your choice. RINGS - New Moly faced top comp. ring w/premium stainless oil ring. BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match crankshaft. CAMSHAFT - New P.A.W. camshaft or a new stock replacement camshaft. Other brands of camshafts are available as an extra cost upgrade. Phone for cost. Note: Must use camshafts that are for emissions-controlled vehicles using a factory computer. TIMING - New P.A.W. double roller chain & gears. BALANCED - Assembly custom balanced with pistons fitted to rods. |
