SHORT BLOCK KIT
  
 

BLOCK - Seasoned 4-bolt main bored oversized .060, honed for moly rings, decked, line honed. Painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return. Outside of block painted with your choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings and new brass freeze plugs.
CRANKSHAFT - Forged GM 5140 steel 4.00" stroke, precision finished at .010 under on both mains & rod journals, cross-drilled nitride treated and micro polished with oil holes chamfered.
RODS - Factory forged rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new chrome moly 3/8" rod bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - New forged Flat-Top or .215 Dome pistons.
Available, your choice depending on compression ratio.
