SHORT BLOCK KIT
 LONG BLOCK KIT  
 

BLOCK - Seasoned block bored .060 over, honed for moly rings, dry decked, and has mains line honed. Block are painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return. Outside of block is painted with your choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings, brass freeze plugs and new oil galley plugs.
CRANKSHAFT - New custom 4340 forged steel crankshaft with 4.150" stroke. Precision ground on rods and mains to insure proper oil clearance. Specify 6 or 8 bolt hub.
RODS - 4340 forged steel H-Beam connecting rods 6.766" long with .990 diameter bushed pin ends.
PISTONS - Custom made forged pistons designed and made for your specific application in your choice of compression ratios from 7-13 to 1.
RINGS - Performance ring set with moly top compression ring and stainless oil rings.
BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - New PAW / SSI camshaft. Other camshaft available as option - Phone
TIMING - New single bolt PAW double roller chain and gears.
BALANCED - This kit is completely balanced on our computerized electronic balancing equipment and requires the use of internally balanced damper and flexplate/torque converter or flywheel.

CYLINDER HEADS - Our custom PAW open chamber cylinder heads are completely remanufactured with all new 2.08" intake valves and 1.74" exhaust valves, new bronze valve guide liners, new valve locks, seals and new performance valve springs that will handle up to a .500" lift cam. Performance 3 angle valve job.
LIFTERS - New PAW hydraulic or solid flat tappet lifters matched to your camshaft. Note: Large hydraulic or solid cams will require adjustable rocker arms.
PUSHRODS - New P.A.W. high performance 5/16" chrome moly pushrods to match your camshaft.
OIL PUMP- New P.A.W. High-volume oil pump provides maximum lubrication.
GASKETS - New Top-quality Fel-Pro gaskets are included.
